3. Products & Services

Good Bear Cookies sells:

  • freshly baked cookies,

  • drinks (hot and cold),

  • and branded merchandise.

All food and drinks are prepared for direct consumption. We do not sell frozen, packaged, or shippable products via this website.

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices displayed in-store are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods accepted are displayed in-store and may vary.

  • Prices may change at any time, but the price charged is always the price applicable at the time of purchase.

5. Allergens & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to:

  • eggs

  • nuts

  • soy

While we do our best to inform customers, cross-contamination cannot be fully excluded. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing our staff before purchasing.

6. No Online Sales or Shipping

The website does not function as a webshop.

  • No products can be purchased online.

  • No products are shipped or delivered.

  • All purchases are made in person at our Haarlem store.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Food and drinks cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of clear error or quality issues at the time of purchase.

  • Merchandise may be returned within a reasonable time if unused and in original condition, subject to proof of purchase.

Refunds are always assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability

  • Good Bear Cookies is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow allergen advice.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, unless mandatory Dutch law provides otherwise.
